Getting To Real

For too many years of my career, I was a Yes Man.

I did whatever the “boss” wanted done and never offered my opinions.

This approach crippled my growth.

My leadership never saw what I had to offer because I never offered it.

I only wanted to keep the bosses happy.

They gave me plenty of chances to show what they knew I had.

The problem with this approach – it cripples the success of a team, because people are scared to be honest.

One day, after a leadership change, I commitment to being open, honest, and transparent with my team.

This approach, I referred to as "Getting To Real" relied on me getting past the ‘nervous new kid’ and blow right through the ‘honeymoon’ phase and put it all out there.

The hardest part?

The fear of being judged for sharing an opinion or idea the group would scoff at.

I created a class where I teach you and your leadership team how to get past the awkward and uncomfortable – and get To that HIGH achieving HIGH performance team that has the courage to be honest.

It's a commitment to transparency and constructive communication that, when done right, can lead to better outcomes and a more engaged workforce.

I found my leadership voice by getting to real.
