Is it... You?
A leader’s job is not just to hit goals and keep work moving.
It is to create an environment where people can succeed without being worn down by confusion, chaos, poor planning, toxic behavior, or constant pressure.
Many teams are not burned out because the work is too hard, they are burned out because leadership makes the work harder than it needs to be.
Strong leaders reduce burnout by:
Creating clarity.
Setting fair expectations.
Rewarding preparation instead of panic.
Confronting toxic behavior early.
Lead with emotional steadiness.
They respect people’s time.
Provide solid training.
Hold everyone accountable fairly.
Make space for employees to speak honestly without fear.
They pay attention to warning signs before burnout turns into disengagement or resignation.
They model healthy behavior themselves so the team does not mistake exhaustion for excellence.
Healthy leadership also connects daily work to a larger purpose.
People are more resilient when they know their work matters.
At its core, leadership is stewardship.
People are not machines to be drained and replaced.
They are human beings with limits, families, and lives outside of work.
A strong leader builds a culture where people can thrive, not just survive.
If your team is always exhausted, tense, and using time off just to recover from work, the problem may not be toughness.
It may be leadership.
The leaders willing to face that truth are usually the ones worth following.
Think you’re the problem?
I am not hard to find!

It can be difficult to see and admit that you may be or ate the problem.
Leadership
Is
Stewardship🌹
